Panos is an award winning lighting consultant, a lecturer at UCL and chair of the organising committee of the 1st International Museum Lighting Symposium and Workshops. He is studying for a PhD at the UCL Institute for Sustainable Heritage, examining the role of light in human experience in museum environments.
He is a member of the Technical Publications Committee of the SLL. He has earned a Master of Research with a distinction on Science and Engineering in Arts, Heritage and Archaeology from University College London and a BSc on Physics from the University of Athens. In 2017, he was named one of the FortyunderForty – the most promising talents working in the lighting industry worldwide by Lighting magazine
