The Institution of Lighting Professionals
Kimberly is Vice President Education with the Institution of Lighting Professionals and an engineer with over a decade of experience working in the fields of lighting and electrical design. She has worked in both the private and public sectors on a range of projects including engineering light in UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Local authorities, Highways England, amenity and architectural designs and installations.
Kimberly is passionate about engineering and education and, as a STEM Ambassador, works to encourage young people and especially girls in to Engineering as a career; changing the opinion of ‘what an engineer looks like’. Kimberly is also an advocate for the LGBT+ community and works with various charities and institutions including being an active OutThinker with Pride in STEM to promote diversity, visibility and inclusion in the Science and Engineering professions.
